SUMMARY
Sigma offers 10 APS-C mirrorless lenses, ranging from $344 to $919, with primes and zooms that present overlapping capabilities. Photographer Curtis Padley ranks these lenses, addressing the question of whether a fast zoom can substitute for multiple prime lenses. He highlights the compact 18-50mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary as a good starting point for beginners and upgraders, and the 10-18mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary for vlogging and interiors. Padley's top pick is the premium 17-40mm f/1.8 DC Art zoom, noting its constant aperture and high build quality, though it comes at a higher price and weight.
