Osmo 360 II raises the 360° frame-rate ceiling to 8K60 and adds user-replaceable lenses. Internal storage and direct microphone connections simplify a small filming setup. DJI’s interpolated slow-motion feature is a post-production effect; its equivalent frame rate should not be confused with native sensor capture.
Jonathan Bray tested a pre-launch loan unit for about a week, including a Berlin press trip. He liked the detailed footage and quick Mimo reframing and LUT workflow. The replaceable lenses addressed a weakness of the first model, although the higher price remained a concern.
