Samyang has officially released its AF 14-24mm F2.8 ultra-wide zoom lens for L-mount cameras. The company had previously previewed this lens at CP+ earlier in the year. The L-mount version follows the lens's initial debut on the E-mount system last year. Elsewhere, New rumors indicate Nikon might be preparing to enter the premium compact camera market with its first full-frame model. This camera is speculated to feature a retro design, drawing inspiration from the Nikon Zf, and a high-resolution sensor. Separately, Julian Finney has been named the SJA Canon Sports Photographer of the Year, receiving the Ed Lacey Trophy at the British Sports Journalism Awards. Finney, a Getty photographer for over two decades, also won the Canon Portfolio category for the second time.
